Professional Background & Experience
- Professional Background: Dr. Ramesh Agrawal is a general dentist registered with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO). His career encompasses comprehensive clinical practice, postgraduate orthodontic education, academic teaching, and structured dentist-to-dentist mentorship.
- Education & Training: After graduating in dentistry in India in 2007, Dr. Agrawal pursued postgraduate education in orthodontics, cementing his lifelong commitment to orthodontic diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical teaching.
- Clinical Experience in Canada: Since 2019, Dr. Agrawal has provided comprehensive orthodontic services to patients across communities throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
- Orthodontic Mentorship: Through Ortho Pursuit Academy, Dr. Agrawal delivers case-based educational guidance to dentists, emphasizing clinical assessment, facial aesthetics, biomechanics, appropriate case selection, and recognizing situations requiring specialist referral.
Dr. Ramesh Agrawal is registered with the RCDSO as a general dentist, not as an orthodontic specialist in Ontario. Mentorship activities are educational in nature and do not replace the treating dentist's independent clinical judgment or legal professional responsibilities.

Samantha Watkins is a dedicated Academic Institute Manager with over 10 years of executive leadership in the education sector and more than 33 years of experience in the dental industry. She oversees all operations, student administration, and logistics at Ortho Pursuit Academy.
Samantha works closely with faculty, staff, and dental participants to foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and personal growth.
She spearheads curriculum development enhancements, instructional quality evaluations, and participant engagement technologies. Outside of her leadership role at the academy, Samantha is actively involved on the Durham College Dental Program Advisory Committee, giving back to community education.
Amin Hirji
Orthodontic Hygiene Instructor

Clinical Expertise & Auxiliary Training
Amin Hirji is a passionate educator in orthodontic hygiene, committed to training and mentoring dental hygienists and assistants in the specialized nuances of orthodontics. He brings more than 30 years of clinical practice experience and instructional knowledge.
Amin holds a Diploma in Dental Hygiene from George Brown College and an Adult Education Certificate from Brock University. He provides hands-on instruction covering orthodontic terminology, diagnostic records capture, attachment bonding assistance, archwire changes, and preventive protocols.
In addition to his teaching role at Ortho Pursuit Academy, Amin is a faculty member at Aga Khan University in Karachi, Pakistan, where he teaches dental radiology and pharmacology.
